We undertake servicing and restoration for all luxury watch brands through a carefully chosen network of experienced watchmakers, many of whom we have worked alongside for the better part of a decade. Every piece entrusted to us is treated as though it were destined for our own inventory.
Full service
Complete disassembly of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly to manufacturer specification. Pressure testing where applicable. The accepted interval for most mechanical movements is five to seven years.
Case & bracelet restoration
Polishing, refinishing, and where required, laser welding to restore lugs and bracelet links. We always preserve the original geometry of the case — never aggressive removal of material.
Authentication
Independent verification of authenticity and originality for buyers, sellers, and estate matters. Formal documentation provided.
Valuation
Market valuations prepared for insurance, estate planning, or sale preparation. Based upon current comparable transactions and a thorough condition assessment.
Typically five to eight business days from receipt, depending on the nature of the work and the availability of parts.
Quoted individually following initial assessment. Send a few photographs and a note on what you would like addressed; we will return with a figure.
Two years on movement work, twelve months on case restoration. Industry standard — and we honour it without exception.
